EXPO AND PACKET PICK UP INFORMATION

All activities: EXPO, packet pickup, start line, finish line, post-race party...
are inside, immediately outside or within a very short distance
from the North-82 Gym which is located
at 7915 Memphis Ave, Millington, TN.
The North-82 Gym can be easily seen from Navy Road.
It is a big white building that looks like an airplane hangar :)

TO HAVE SOMEONE ELSE PICK UP YOUR PACKET
Only individuals currently registered for the 2024 Navy Ten Nautical Miler
may request for another individual to pick up their race packet.
If you would like to have someone else pick up your race packet
you will need to modify your race registration and specify in the "PACKET PICKUP TEXT BOX"
who you would like to grant permission to pick up your packet.
Provide them your race registration information (including confirmation number)
and they will need to provide their picture id at the packet pick up area.

We are sorry, but it was necessary to close the option to transfer registration online.
Option to do so in person at the EXPO cannot be guaranteed
as it is highly unlikely that there will be extra shirts and bibs available to be swapped out.
Can I defer my registration until next year?
No, Race registrations cannot be deferred.
Can I request refund?
General Policy... Race refunds will only be issued in the event that race is cancelled.
However... new to our 2024 Race runners can purchase refund protection during online registration.
This is a new service that RaceRoster.com is now offering and a great benefit.
The participant can simply click this link and start the process
of submitting a claim for their race registration refund.
